2019 Ram Sale

On the last Friday in each February, we offer 15-20 rams at the annual mixed breeds ram sale held at the Inglewood showgrounds, Inglewood Queensland. 
In a difficult sale in 2019 Sovereign was the only stud to have 100% clearance with a top price (twice) of $1000. The average for Sovereign rams at the 2019 sale was $877.
Feedback from buyers again highlighted their interest in premium rams that could manage the conditions and produce market preferred lambs with consistent carcass traits. Many buyers were return customers, having used Sovereign rams in previous years. For those who were unable to fill their orders, on property purchases were made following the sale.  
For the four years that the mixed breeds sale has been running, Sovereign has had 100% clearance, topping $2000 in 2018 for our flock rams.
